Age Limit: 65 years For Eye Surgeon post, 60 years for Budget & Finance Officer and 40 years for Remaining posts.

Education Qualification: Two years Diploma with Optometry or trained as ophthalmic assistant for PMOA post and graduate with 1 year for administration or trained stenographer for Administrative Assistant.

Application Fee Details: Rs. 500/- for General candidates, Rs.300/- for BC/OBC candidates and Rs.200 /- for SC/ST candidates .Fee pay in the form of DD with favour of State  health Society,Bihar.
